Shipping methods

Orders received will be processed in the shortest possible time and will be shipped if possible the same day. (See table).

Processing / Transit table (Peninsula):

This chart is an approximation since shipments are received in 24-48 hours. (Canarias, Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded from these terms).

In peak times such as Christmas, Black Friday ... orders may be delayed somewhat more due to high demand for them.

The delivery of your order is be made by the MRW company to your HOME or WORKPLACE if you indicate it to us. You also have the possibility to pick it up at your nearest MRW office. You will always have to tell us where you want the order to be shipped to.

Orders placed in the peninsula will be delivered in 24-48 hours, once the shipment has been processed, not counting Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, since the transport company does not make deliveries those days. With the exception of outdoor baskets and Personalized Boards that will be delivered in approximately one week.

Delivery includes 2 attempts, first attempt for next-day delivery and second attempt for delivery after delivery has been agreed with the recipient by the MRW delivery office. The second delivery will be after the first day of delivery or you can go and pick it up from said MRW transport office.

Shipping will be free for orders over € 80. If the order does not exceed that amount shipping will cost € 6. (within the Iberian Peninsula)

Orders to countries outside of Spain, within the European Union will have a fixed cost of €20 regardless of the value of the order and will take between 4 and 9 working days.

Orders for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will have a surcharge of € 12.

The rates contained in this document do not include all taxes and / or customs expenses generated in the destinations of the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar, which will be borne by the recipient.

Shipping costs to the Canary Community are € 12 and will take 7-10 working days through the Post Office.

The delivery time of the shipments cannot be established. It depends, solely and exclusively, on the transport company. If the order has been sent and is in the possession of the transport company and you want to change the address, the client must assume the additional surcharge for said change unless you are going to collect the merchandise directly to the expressed destination.
