Cushioning softens impacts every time your foot comes into contact with the ground. We combine ZoomX foam with a foam midsole.

The first time full-length ZoomX foam is introduced to deliver Nike's highest energy return. The smaller plastic plate on the pinky side of the forefoot helps keep your foot stable when making sudden movements.
